To receive a refund of your purchase, simply:
Contact our Concierge at [email protected] within 90 days of purchase. Specify the lot number provided on the bottom of your supplement bottle.
Our Customer Success team will send a return shipping label to the email address included in your profile. NOTE: Return labels cost $7.99 and will be deducted from your refund amount once processed.
* Items not eligible for return include: all bars, eCourses & eBooks, discounted products, final sale products, partial kits or programs. If you wish to return a kit, program, or bundle/pack of supplements, they must be returned in its entirety. Product must be unused to be eligible for refund. Original shipping charges not included in refund.
Please Note: We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes/APO/FPO. United States Shipping Shipping rates are calculated after coupons/discounts and applicable taxes have been applied.
